Learning is personal, and that is the approach we take.

At Westwood Intermediate and Middle School, we strive to know each student's strengths, interests, needs and motives, and design learning for them. When learning is relevant and engaging, students can apply their learning not just to their schoolwork but to their lives. Our aspiration is for each student to feel valued, inspired and have a sense of belonging. We want them to leave Westwood prepared for their next steps in high school and well on the way to discovering themselves as learners who see no limits to their future.
